This way, we make sure you get the most transparent communication, the fastest and the fairest deal when selling your business.

First Connect (~1-3 days)
Share your business with us by sharing your website and some topline financials. If this meet our main criteria, we’ll set up a call.

Company Deep Dive (~1-3 days)
After this first call, we’ll put in place an NDA and arrange a series of follow-ups to deep dive into key financials, and what you are looking for as a seller.

Letter of Intent & Offer (~1-3 days)
If we believe your brand could be a great addition to Evexia, we will share a letter of intent (LOI) with our detailed offer. You will decide if you would like to execute it.

Due Diligence (~3 to 9 weeks)
During this period, we will be checking in details all financial and business elements so we could converge to a finalized agreement. The duration of this step varies depending on the size and complexity of the business.

Integration onto Evexia (~3-6 weeks)
After the agreement signed, your business will be part of the Evexia platform: we will proceed with the transfer of the funds and the integration onto our business management systems.
